Memento Mary Limited ("And Mary", "us", "we") is/are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers.

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is used when you use the And Mary website - (the "Site") or when you communicate with us.  When you register your personal information with And Mary, you consent to the use of your personal data in line with our privacy policy. Sharing of your information

And Mary engages trusted and reputable third-party hosting agents and payment service providers to ensure the security of your personal data.

A. We only share your information with a small number of third party service providers and third party platforms as required for our business to function; for example, our website provider and payment service provider - Shopify and The Royal Mail and UPS who fulfil our deliveries.

B. In the event that you add items to your basket but do not complete a transaction (abandoned cart), our newsletter provider will automatically send you an email to remind you of the items in your basket.

C. We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it elsewhere. 


Your rights

At anytime you can request a copy of the information we hold about you.  You can then tell us if any of the data we hold about you is incorrect and also you can request that we delete the information which we will do unless there is a legal requirement for your data to be kept.
